Referral privacy

This notice covers the optional website referral page, not the Mac app and not Mac App Store purchases.

Cookies and what is stored

Browsing this page without creating a link does not require a cookie. Creating a link sets the first-party __Host-mt_referrer cookie (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite Strict, up to 30 days) so this browser can show your dashboard. Opening a valid share link /r/… sets __Host-mt_ref (Secure, SameSite Lax, up to 60 days) so a later website or Pro checkout can attach the 25% commission.

We store a random referral code, a hash of the dashboard token, click counts keyed to a daily IP pseudonym (not a raw IP), and completed website/Pro sale references with the 25% amount owed. No email is collected until a payout path exists. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

What does not count

Mac App Store €9.99 purchases, trials, unpaid checkouts and refunded payments do not create commission. Payout is not open yet; owed totals stay in this dashboard until then.

Ohne Link-Erstellung ist kein Cookie nötig. Ein Dashboard-Cookie erkennt diesen Browser bis zu 30 Tage. Ein gültiger Teilen-Link setzt ein Erstanbieter-Cookie, damit ein späterer Website- oder Pro-Kauf die 25 % zuordnen kann. Gespeichert werden ein Zufallscode, ein Token-Hash, Klickzahlen über tägliche IP-Pseudonyme und abgeschlossene Website/Pro-Käufe mit dem geschuldeten Anteil. E-Mail wird erst erhoben, wenn Auszahlung existiert. Keine Analyse- oder Werbe-Tracker.

Mac-App-Store-Käufe, Testphasen, unbezahlte Checkouts und Erstattungen erzeugen keine Provision. Auszahlung ist noch nicht geöffnet.
